Job Description
Responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of production line equipment, reducing downtime and continuously improving equipment utilization.
1. Seriously implement the daily maintenance of TPM and equipment in the production line to reduce downtime.
2. Collect equipment information and make records, assist engineers to count equipment operation indicators regularly participate in department morning meetings, and report equipment operation status and processing process in detail.
3. Refer to the main indicators of the production department KPI - OEE, FPY, 0-KM
4. Report failures in a timely manner according to regulations.
5. Provide reasonable suggestions for continuous improvement of equipment, and cooperate with engineers to complete equipment improvement.
6. From the perspective of equipment, participate in the analysis of defective products or product scraps to improve product quality.
7. Achievement and continuous improvement of 5S in the responsibility area.
8. Cooperate with engineers to complete the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
9. Maintain good team communication, share equipment information and work experience.
10. Cooperate with supervisor/engineer to complete other temporary work.
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of relevant work experience
2. Electrical related major
3. Non-standard equipment assembly line operation experience
