For our client, a E- Commerce business , we are looking for a Marketing Manager.
This company is highly successful in building eCommerce shops, concentrating on the US market. Though the company is located in Cyprus, the whole team works 100% remotely in different countries in Europe and Asia.
As an E-commerce Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the Marketing strategy, paid advertising campaigns, seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and other marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to increase customer traffic and boost sales
Development and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as the related processes to ensure they are in line with the overall strategy
Assign tasks to individual members of the marketing team, QA all marketing deliverables, and ensure campaigns are completed within schedule
Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements based on your findings
Ensure the e-commerce store is regularly updated with new products and promotions
Maintain the integrity of the brand image and consistency of voice across multiple channels to ensure our brand stays top of mind
Plan, develop, and oversee the execution of loyalty programs
Required experience:
Proven experience in E-commerce
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a similar discipline
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions
Experience with E-commerce platforms
Experience in Amazon listing, Google ads, and other platforms/ social networks
Experience in Hero listing, copy writing and video scripting
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Excellent/native in English
