- Malaysian citizen;
- Diploma in related discipline with at least 3 years experience;
- Responsible for office administration matters such as reception, telephone duty, faxes, filing and general office duties
- Provide coordination and administrative support to Managers and HRA Department
- Responsible for routine administration task, eg. office stationery, office supplies, etc
- Ensure routine office payments ( phone bills, shell cards, etc) been record and manage
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time; and
- Working location - West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd, Bukit Raja)
