Junior Executive,Admin [Malaysia]


 

  • Malaysian citizen;
  • Diploma in related discipline with at least 3 years experience;
  • Responsible for office administration matters such as reception, telephone duty, faxes, filing and general office duties
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to Managers and HRA Department
  • Responsible for routine administration task, eg. office stationery, office supplies, etc
  • Ensure routine office payments ( phone bills, shell cards, etc) been record and manage
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time; and
  • Working location - West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd, Bukit Raja)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
