Job ResponsibilitiesStructural Design
1. Responsible for OLED project display screen MDL structure design drawings & design feasibility assessment
2. MDL parts drawing, proofing, verification and improvement to ensure measurability Productivity
3. New technology development & introduction of new material verification
4. Parts specifications & evaluation method formulation
5. Structural design & Parts-related defect analysis& Improve and ensure that the design passes EN verification
6. Structural design designrule&DFMEA formulation and maintenance.
[Structure Simulation]
1. Responsible for the mechanical and thermodynamic simulation of OLED display MDL, including fatigue, impact and other structural related simulation analysis
2. According to the simulation data results , input relevant results and reports, put forward professional suggestions on product structure design, material selection, mechanical test failure analysis, and guide the optimization of structural design and other aspects.
3. Based on the actual test and experimental data, improve the simulation model & simulation specification.
4. Lead product-related simulation research and technical research.
Qualifications
Education level: Undergraduate
Work experience:
Structural design - more than 2 years experience in OLED structure design or LCM structure design< br> Structural simulation - more than 3 years experience in mechanical simulation, familiar with static, dynamic and thermal simulation experience is preferred.
Required majors: mechanics, machinery, vehicle engineering, materials, etc.
Other requirements: 1. Structural design - proficient in using CAD software and 3D software such as Creo structural simulation - proficient in using mechanical simulation software
2. Have a solid theoretical foundation and analysis ability in mechanics, and have a deep understanding of the testing methods and failure behavior of metals, polymers and other materials
3. Experience in foldable product simulation is preferred
4. Have strong team awareness, rigorous work habits and attitudes, clear logic, and strong sense of responsibility.
Language requirement: Pass CET-4 in English, those who can use oral English for daily communication are preferred.
