Internship Congress Management (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project-specific collaboration to support the kick-off and the management of a newly established project “The Future of Congresses” (Making Bayer's presence at congresses more sustainable)
- Supporting the Congress Management Team
- Collaborating internationally with (technical) universities in Europe
- Creating briefings for pitches, evaluating pitches and sharing the results
- Organizing project-related online meetings and presentations
- Communicating and briefing with congress organizers, agencies and stakeholders
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed relevant (technical, scientific, commercial) or interdisciplinary degree or comparable qualification
- Independent and structured way of working, initiative and organizational talent
- Quick comprehension, strong communication skills and the ability to adapt flexibly to changing conditions
- Enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment
- Basic event and congress experience from Pharmaceutical Congresses desirable
- Environmental awareness and the desire to shape the future of congresses sustainably
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
- Very good MS Office skills (EXCEL, PPT, WORD)
- Knowledge of media in the use of online meetings (MS Teams)
