Your Responsibilities

Our growth in your hands. As Director of Performance Marketing, you’ll take charge of our dynamic, multi-channel performance marketing strategy, keeping aligned with other critical marketing operations. This is a chance for you to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth – with the help of specialists in paid search, display advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, growth, and other performance marketing disciplines.


Reporting to our VP Marketing, you’ll work collaboratively with all departments across the organization to drive positive outcomes. It’s an exciting new role and – if you’re looking for the chance to be our star performer – it could be perfect for you.

What Makes You Special
  • 5+ years’ experience. Your track record as a B2C/B2B performance marketer speaks for itself – ideally in a growing international SaaS company, at a Director level.
  • Growth mindset. Your experience with both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Marketing and Sales-Led (B2B) motions enables you to hit your growth targets by constantly developing and executing successful, multi-channel campaigns along the growth funnel.
  • Conversion tactics. Your knowledge of conversion rate optimization throughout the customer journey helps you understand engagement and conversion tactics – from PQLs to MQLs to SQLs.
  • Data-driven. You’re data-driven and analytical, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition, growth, and retention tactics in both low-to-no touch and sales-assisted environments.
  • Reporting ability. You can develop and maintain regular reporting with clear dashboards and are comfortable communicating your findings to the broader leadership team.
  • Natural initiative. You feel empowered to develop strategies, test methods and experiment with channels. Once you’ve assessed their effectiveness, you can execute the next steps.
  • Leadership qualities. You’re confident leading and motivating the specialists in your team. With your fair, honest, and performance-driven leadership style, you constantly challenge yourself and others to improve.
  • Communication skills. You can get your point across, expressing yourself clearly and eloquently in business and technical contexts.
  • Team spirit. You work tactfully and collaboratively with your peers across the organization to drive outcomes.
