Responsibilities:
- Liaise with different units to define and collect the user requirements for the development or enhancement of the system related to thebusiness of corporate banking
- Engage in different project teams to deliver business improvement plans according to the strategy of Corporate Banking
- Ensure a smooth implementation on the project and an effectivemanagement on changes / crisis
- Draft and review relevant policies and procedures to ensure a proper control on the projects / business operations
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Banking and Finance, Business Studies, IT or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' experience in IT project management, digitation, corporate banking etc. in sizable Bank
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, market practice and procedures of implementation
- Excellent project management, report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as SeniorProject Manager
