What we’re looking for
We're looking for a Project Management Officer that will coordinate AI International program activities and ensure reaching the defined milestones.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintain proper project governance
- Project monitoring and improvement
- Standardize project management activities and processes
- Management reporting
- Support business development
- Establish the program and its deliverables based on contractual agreement
- Identify the stakeholders within the customer organization and AI International Team
- Staff the program according to its needs and ensure an appropriate staffing throughout program lifecycle from DATA and AI perspective
- Coordinate AI International program activities with the related technical, financial and commercial experts and ensure reaching the defined milestones
- Establish and maintain a program report towards the customer and inside AI International Team (ex Dashboard) covering Hiring, Turnover, Sales, Resources Allocation
- Identify and handle exceptions by involving the appropriate experts and executives
- Support the DATA and AI Manager in all actions.
What you need to know/have
- University Degree / MBA or similar
- Cross-functional coordination, structuring
- Ability to work in a multi-diverse and international environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Understand customer (internal and external) challenges and needs, listening skills
- Being able to function well under stress
- Strong customer orientation with listening, communication and teaching skills
- English or French fluent both orally and in writing
- Other languages are a plus.
